South High DECA has been active since 2012-13 when the school had its first graduating class. It has grown steadily since the schools inception. Our goal is to develop leadership skills and expose our students to new experiences through community service, various projects, presentation skills, and travel. Our chapter also runs the school store.
Advisor: Ann Muirhead is the Chapter Advisor and teaches business and marketing classes. She is a graduate of UW with a degree in Business Management. She received her teaching certificate from Regis University and also has a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology.
